SUBJECT: a) Authorize the purchase of one 2019 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van pursuant to the attached quotes; and b) Authorize the Behavioral Health Services Administrator to issue a purchase order to Elk Grove/Winner Chevrolet in the amount not to exceed $28,106.87
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: LCBHS has researched the current State of California recommended purchase list, and chose to buy one 2019 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van.
Attached, you will find the quotes acquired from Thurston Auto Plaza in Ukiah, as well as Matt Mazzei Chevrolet in Lakeport. Also attached, please find the preferred quote from Elk Grove/Winner Chevrolet in Sacramento, the County’s usual provider of government priced vehicles.
The proposed costs presented follow:
