SUBJECT: Approve the Plans and Specifications for the Southshore Behavioral Health Roof Project, Bid No. 18-14, and authorize the Public Services Director / Assistant Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Plans and Specifications for the South Shore Behavioral Health Roof Project are complete and a copy has been filed with the Clerk of the Board.
The estimate of probable construction costs is approximately $330,000, and the project is funded through the Behavioral Health Department.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the plans and specifications and authorize the Public Services Director / Assistant Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids.
