SUBJECT: Approve Leave of Absence Request for Deputy Probation Officer III Kristine Weigel from October 16, 2018 through December 3, 2018 and authorize the Chair to sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Kristine Weigel, Deputy Probation Officer III, has requested a leave of absence that extends beyond Family Medical Leave and Department Leave.
Kristine Weigel is requesting CAO Leave from October 16, 2018 through November 23, 2018 and BOS Leave from November 24, 2018 through December 3, 2018. At this time the Probation Department is requesting the County Administrative Officer and Board of Supervisors to approve additional leave. The Probation Department requests that the Board authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to sign the request.
