SUBJECT:                     Consideration of Appointment of Directors to the Lake County Risk Reduction Authority (LCRRA)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

 

On October 16, 2018, our Board, sitting as both the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District approved the agreement and participation in LCRRA.  The LCRRA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of one director appointed by the governing body of each Member.  So the next step for our Board is to designate our directors who will serve on LCCRA.

 

Alternates may also be designated to act in the place of appointed directors to LCRRA.  However, such designations shall be in writing by the designating director, delivered to the Administering Agency of LCRRA.  Such alternate designations to not require approval of the full Board.
