SUBJECT: Consideration of Advisory Board appointments
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Please be advised that the First 5 Lake Commission re-appointed Commissioners Pam Klier and Susan Jen for another (2) year term at the commission’s regular meeting on June 13, 2018. Their terms were set to expire in August 2018. Commissioner Laurie Daly submitted her letter of resignation (previously sent), which the commission regrettably accepted.
We respectfully request that Pam Klier and Susan Jen be officially re-appointed by the Board at your earliest convenience.

Due to the resignation of member Paul Smith effective October 2018, there is a current vacancy on the Lucerne Area Town Hall with a term ending January 1, 2019.
