SUBJECT:  Adopt the Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) for the No Place Like Home Technical Assistant Grant Award and Authorizing the Behavioral Health Administrator to sign the First Amendment.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:  This is the First Amendment to the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and DHCD.  The purpose of this Amendment is to change the effective dates of the original multi-year Standard Agreement and to authorize the Behavioral Health Administrator to sign this Amendment and any future Amendments unless said Amendment alters the maximum amount payable under the original Standard Agreement.

 

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): There is no fiscal impact at this time.
