SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Director of Watershed Protection District to Sign a Notice of Completion for work performed under the agreement dated September 6, 2018, for the Levee Patrol Road Gravel Repair Project. Bid No. 18-01
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On August 21, 2018, the Board approved an Agreement with Cats4U, Inc. for repair of levee patrol roads. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on October 1, 2018.
Staff recommends that the Board of Directors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Watershed Protection District Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Levee Patrol Road Gravel Repair Project. Bid No. 18-01 and authorize the Chair to execute said Resolution.
