Adopt Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake Approving Conflict of Interest Codes of Certain Local Agencies Located Wholly Within the County
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Political Reform Act requires every local government agency to adopt a Conflict of Interest Code biennially and to notify the code reviewing body if their current code is accurate, or alternatively, that their Code must be amended. Pursuant to Government Code Section 82011, subdivision (b) the Board of Supervisors is the Code reviewing body for all county agencies and all local government agencies, whose jurisdiction is wholly within the County.
Submitted for your review is a resolution approving the Conflict of Interest Codes of Certain Local Agencies located wholly within the County. Attached are the Conflict of Interest Codes for the local agencies which has been compiled based on agency request through the County eDisclosure ClerkDocs system.
Provisions of Conflict of Interest Codes has been included as reference.
