SUBJECT: Approve Engineering/Inspection Agreement between the County of Lake and Ken Porter/KIMCO Development, and Authorize the Chair to Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the County’s approval of a General Plan of Development and Tentative Subdivision Map (GPD 06-01, SD 06-01, Valley Oaks Planned Development) for Ken Porter (KIMCO Development), Assessor’s Parcel No. 014-260-36 & 51, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 18196 & 18426 South State Highway 29, Middletown.
Description of project is: Construction of new roadways, pedestrian, drainage and utility improvements.
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
