SUBJECT: Approve Engineering/Inspection Agreement for Integrated Community Development-between the County of Lake and 5400 Gaddy Lane, L.P., and Authorize the Chair to Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Minor Use Permit (MUP18-03) for Integrated Community Development (5400 Gaddy LN., L.P.), Assessor’s Parcel No. 024-071-69, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 5400 Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville
Description of project is: Construction of pedestrian improvements and construction of an all-way STOP on State Street at the project driveway in conjunction with a 54 unit apartment complex.
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
