SUBJECT: ADOPT RESOLUTION REVISING THE LIST OF CAPITAL ASSETS IN SOCIAL SERVICES BUDGET UNIT 5011 AND THE CHAIR TO SIGN.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Although our department did not plan for the purchase of a 20 foot enclosed trailer in our FY 18/19 budget, we have identified a need for an enclosed trailer. We are in need of a trailer to transport disaster supplies to various areas throughout our county.
The NorCal estimate meets our need for purchasing this trailer. This purchase will allow us to transport supplies to any given area within our county for disaster related needs.
