SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution accepting the Installation of Solar Energy Facility at KCWWD#3 Waste Water Treatment Plant as complete and authorize the Special Districts Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Work is complete on the installation of the solar project with the contractor addressing minor issues on a few of the inverters and their reporting to the monitoring application. Work is substantially complete under the agreement dated December 19, 2017 and ready to be accepted on behalf of the District. The attached resolution for Board consideration accepts the project and authorizes the Special Districts Administrator to sign and record the Notice of Completion.
