SUBJECT: Adopt the Resolution Approving Amendment A01 to the Standard Agreement for the Multi-Year Contract between the County of Lake and Department of Health Care Services for Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) funds for Fiscal Year 2017-18 through Fiscal Year 2019-20 and Authorizing the Behavioral Health Administrator to Sign the Amendment.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Attached, for your approval, is Amendment A01 to the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and Department of Health Care Services for Substance Abuse Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 2017-18 through Fiscal Year 2019-20. This purpose of this Amendment is to modify some of the original terms & conditions in the Standard Agreement, as detailed in the Resolution, and increase the funding for Fiscal Year 2018-19.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): The Amendment A01 to the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and Department of Health Care Services for Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) funds is being increased by $424,498 for Fiscal Year 2018-19 for a new maximum payable under this Agreement of $2,047,741 over three (3) Fiscal Years 2017-2020.
