SUBJECT: Adopt a Resolution Approving Lake County Health Services Department, Environmental Health Division’s Renewal Agreement with Accela Inc. Software Company for a Five Percent Increase Annually for the period of March 1, 2019 through February 28, 2022 and Authorize the Director of Health Services to Sign said Agreement
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Health Services Department, Environmental Health Division has an agreement with Accela Inc Software, formerly known as Decade Software Company to provide services, maintenance, support, and licensure to use Accela Inc. EnvisionConnect software. The current agreement is expiring February 28, 2019.
Accela Inc purchased Decade Software and completed acquisition of Decade as of June 29, 2015.
The renewal agreement is for a flat five percent increase annually over the agreement renewal term of March 1, 2019 through February 28, 2020.
The Health Services Department is requesting Board approval of the renewal Agreement and to authorize the Health services Director to sign.

Amount Budgeted: $23,311.51 plus 5% increase annually
