SUBJECT: Approve Agreement between the County of Lake and Ross Hardester for Inspection/Engineering Services and Authorize the Chair to Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the County’s approval of a Minor Modification to Use Permit UP99-15 (MMU18-08) for Ross Hardester, Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 024-365-07, 024-371-04, 05 & 06, the Department of Public Works intends to provide engineering services for the review of plans and specifications and the inspection of work. The attached agreement will provide for payment by the Developer for all costs of services provided by the County.
The location of the subject project is: 21088 Calistoga Street, Middletown (Hardester’s Market).
Description of project is: Construction of new pedestrian and drainage improvements.
We hereby request the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Inspection Agreement.
