SUBJECT:                     Consideration of Change Order No. 3 to Contract with Team Ghilotti, Inc., for Mockingbird Lane at Robinson Creek Bridge Replacement Project, Federal Project No. BRLO-5914 (105) for a decrease of $24,875.67 and a revised contract amount of $1,385,903.30

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Attached for the Board’s review and approval is Contract Change Order (CCO) 3 for the subject project. 

Contract Change Order No. 3 addresses the balancing of all contract items to reflect the actual final in-place quantities. This resulted in a decrease of $24,875.67 to the contract amount of $1,410,778.97 for a revised contract amount of $1,385,903.30.

This project is fully funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) thru Federal Highway Bridge Program (HBP) funds and California Toll Credit funds. Therefore, this project is 100% federally and state funded thru construction.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval by the Board of Supervisors of CCO 3 and that the Board authorize the Chair to execute said CCO for a decrease of $24,875.67 and a revised contract amount of $1,385,903.30.
