EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On November 20, 2018, your Board approved your 2019 meeting calendar which included this
Workshop to reflect on governance and strategic direction for the County. The morning session will focus on Board governance. The afternoon session will consist of a strategic dialog with Department Heads, including planning for Lake County’s future via Vision 2028, within the context of Fiscal Crisis Management Plan.
