SUBJECT: Approve Contract Between the County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, INC. for Family Wraparound Services in the Amount of $180,000, from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Redwood Community Services has provided Family Wraparound services for Probation for many years. With extended eligibility criteria, the Family Wraparound program is uniquely able to reach more probation youth than the traditional SB163 Wraparound Program. The program is designed to prevent re-offenses by youth in the probation system by using various community resources to strengthen the natural supports for juvenile offenders. Family Wraparound aims to continuously lift and support youth in the least invasive ways.
Changes in contract terms and ongoing negotiations unfortunately delayed the presentation of this contract renewal to your Board.

Approve Contract Between the County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc. for Family Wraparound Services in the Amount of $180,000, from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and authorize the Chair to sign.
