SUBJECT:                     Approve the Waiver of the 900 Hour Limit for Certain Facility Maintenance Positions within the Department of Social Services

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

 

The Department of Social Services requests authorization to waive the 900 hour limit for three extra help facility maintenance workers.   

 

Robert Kuckowicz, Steven Marler and Alex Ramirez have been working for the Department of Social Services since June 2016.  They do facility maintenance work for our 11 buildings.  Their wages are paid out of Budget Unit 5011, Social Services Administration.  We have sufficient salary savings to cover this increase in cost. Their hours will not exceed 999.
