SUBJECT: Approve Amendment to Side Letter with the Lake County Deputy Sheriff’s Association (LCDSA) to provide Deputy Sheriffs Assigned to Patrol the Opportunity to be placed on On-Call Status Due to a Typographical Error in the Body of the Document
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On March 17, 2019, your Board approved the establishment of a side letter for the LCDSA to provide Deputy Sheriffs assigned to patrol the opportunity to be placed on on-call status effective March 17, 2019. It was subsequently discovered that there was a typographical error in the side letter that needs to be corrected.
