SUBJECT: Workshop regarding possible revisions to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance for streamlining the Cannabis Cultivation Permitting Process and a discussion concerning the addition of a permitting process for Retail and Microbusiness
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On, February 26, 2019, the Board of Supervisors directed staff to return April 2, 2019 for a workshop discussion and possible direction to staff concerning revisions to the Lake County Zoning Ordinance for streamlining the Cannabis Cultivation permitting process and a discussion concerning the addition of a permitting process for retail and microbusiness.
