SUBJECT: (a) Consideration of Report from the Committee appointed by the Board to negotiate with the City of Lakeport regarding the South Main area; and (b) Consideration of Response to City of Lakeport’s Request for Review of its planned application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for the annexation of the South Main area
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Your Committee appointed to negotiate with the City of Lakeport regarding the South Main area requests an opportunity to update your Board on the status of the committee’s work.
In addition, staff has prepared, with input from a number of Department Heads, the attached draft response to the City’s request for review of its planned LAFCO application for the annexation of South Main.
