EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Per the Lake County Fish and Wildlife Advisory Committee’s By-laws, one of the main functions of the committee is to provide the Board with recommendations on how to distribute the fine monies collected from Dept of Fish and Wildlife citations and court actions. The “wildlife” budget is administered by the Ag Commissioner’s office.

On behalf of the LC Fish and Wildlife Committee I would like to recommendation the use some of the committees funds for the design, purchase and placement of two interpretive signs at Lakeside County Park in Kelseyville. The signs, one in English, one in Spanish, will explain the new osprey poll recently erected to replace the trees that were removed for safety reasons.
