SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution Ordering Approval of Final Parcel Map and the Signing of the Final Parcel Map (BETAT PM 16-05)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The subject Final Parcel Map is being presented to the Board of Supervisors for acceptance and approval. This Parcel Map consists of two (2) parcels, the areas being 0.93 and 0.52 acres in size.
The property is located off of E State Highway 20 in Nice.
The current Assessor's Parcel No. is 032-124-02. The address is 3387 E Highway 20, Nice.
The accompanying resolution will approve and accept subject Final Parcel Map, and will also accept the irrevocable offer of dedication of the roadway and public utility easement for Lakeshore Boulevard which runs through the parcel. Lakeshore Boulevard is an existing county maintained road and was depicted on the original map of Clear Lake Villas but was not specifically located with dimensions relative to the lot corners. This dedication will provide an accurate location and clarification for the roadway and public utility easement.
Water and sewage disposal for the newly created parcels will be provided through Nice Mutual Water Company and Lake County Sanitation District.
An encroachment permit has been issued by Public Works to allow a minor encroachment of a fence and building into the Sayre Avenue right of way. This encroachment can be removed at any time if necessary for road improvements.
Your favorable consideration of this resolution will facilitate the final action of subject Parcel Map prior to recording.
