SUBJECT: Approve the submission of the 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 annual reports of the Inmate Welfare Trust Fund and Commissary account
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s Department submits to your board, the 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 annual reports for the Inmate Welfare Trust Fund (budget unit 2215), and commissary account. These reports are required to be submitted for your approval under Penal Code Section 4025.
Upon your Boards’ review, it is required that certified copies be returned to this department in order to make available to the inmate population.
