SUBJECT: Approve Amendment One to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. for Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19 and authorize the Chair to sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Attached, for your approval, is Amendment 1 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. for Specialty Mental Health Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19. Under the Agreement, Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is obligated to pay the current negotiated rate for Specialty Mental Health Services received by any Lake County Medi-Cal beneficiaries placed at Victor Treatment Centers, Inc.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: Victor Treatment Centers, Inc.’s facility in Santa Rosa, CA is a specialized placement for children and youth in need of a more intensive program milieu. Due to a decline in utilization at this facility, the parties agree to decrease the Agreement by $49,500 for a new contract maximum of $500.00

New Contract Amount: $ 500
FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): Due to a decrease in utilization at this facility, LCBHS is requesting approval of Amendment 1 to the Agreement with Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2018-19 for a decrease of $49,500 for a new contract maximum of $500.00.
These funds will then be re-allocated to other contract within the same level of care as necessary within.
