SUBJECT: Approve Budget Transfer and New Capital Asset in the Amount of $35,000.00 for Purchase of Oil Spill Response Trailer and Equipment and Authorize the Chair to Sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On October 23, 2018, your Board approved the purchase of a grant-funded oil spill response trailer and equipment for a $35,000.00. That amount was incorrectly allocated to BU 8109 Account 781.53-48 (Water Quality). This request is to transfer said funds into BU 8109 Account 781.62-74 (Fixed Asset) to correctly reflect the purchase of a capital asset.
