SUBJECT: Adopt Proclamation designating the Month of May 2019 as Mental Health Awareness Month
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Lake County Board of Supervisors does hereby proclaim May 2019 as Mental Health Month in Lake County and calls upon the citizens, government agencies, public and private institutions, businesses and schools in Lake County to recommit our community to increasing the awareness and understanding of mental health, the steps our citizens can take to protect their mental health, and the need for appropriate and accessible services for all people with mental health conditions.
