SUBJECT: Approve Advance Step 5 Hiring of Ms. Judith Krings in the position of Registered Nurse, Extra Help 900-Hour
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As this candidate possesses a B.S. in nursing and more than 40 years’ experience in the medical field specializing in nursing care and crisis intervention, I am requesting approval to bring Ms. Krings in at the advanced step. In addition, she holds multiple nursing and public health certificates. Individuals having knowledge and expertise in these areas are extremely valuable to us. The Director of Human Resources is in agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT: __ None _X_Budgeted __Non-Budgeted
FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): Adequate funds exist in wages and benefits object codes for this request and is accounted for in the existing budget due to unfilled positions resulting in staff salary savings.
