SUBJECT: Approve waiver of the 900 Hour extra help limit for Law Enforcement Records Technician’s Sylvia Pascoe and Terri Whitehead
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Sheriff’s Department requests approval to exceed the 900 hour extra help limit for Law Enforcement Records Technicians Sylvia Pascoe and Terri Whitehead. Sylvia works in our Property and Evidence Section and her salary is funded through a JAG grant.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): Funds are available in both the Sheriff/Coroner budget and Sheriff/Jail budget.
STAFFING IMPACT (if applicable): Without the use of 900 hour employees, the work provided by these employees would not be completed due to staffing issues.
