SUBJECT: Approve Amendment 02 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Hilltop Recovery Services for Substance Use Disorder Residential Services for FY 2018-19, and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Amendment.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Attached, for your approval, is Amendment 02 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Hilltop Recovery Services for Lake County Residents who have a need for intensive and continuing residential treatment services for Fiscal Year 2018-19. Under the Agreement, Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is obligated to pay $100.00 per day for a 30-60-90 day program.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION: Hilltop Recovery Services (HRS) is a non-profit public benefit corporation. Hilltop’s facility in Clearlake Oaks is a licensed and certified residential treatment facility which serves men in Lake County. Lake County Behavioral Health Services continues to partner with Hilltop Recovery Services in the mission to treat Lake County Residents who are dealing with alcohol and drug related problems.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): LCBHS is requesting approval of Amendment 02 with Hilltop Recovery Services for Fiscal Year 2018-19, for an increase of $8,100 for a contract maximum of $68,100.
