SUBJECT: Discussion Regarding K-Class Housing in Lake County
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
We are requesting our Board engage in a discussion, along with Community Development staff, about adding K-Class housing as a type of housing that is available for permitting to local property owners. We are requesting discussion as to where these types of housing could be located and whether or not this type of housing should be allowed in unincorporated areas.
