SUBJECT: Approve Budget Transfer in the amount of $55,000 to cover Salaries and Benefits for the remainder of FY 18-19 and authorize the Chair to sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
There was a change in health care selection that differed from what was previously budgeted, resulting in a shortfall in account 001-2707-727.03-30. Promotions resulted in employees erroneously paid out of Budget Unit 2707 instead of Budget Unit 1123.
The Budget Transfer, in the amount of $55,000, is from account 001-1123-711.01-11; $10,000 to account 001-2707-727.03-30 and $45,000 to account 001-2707-727.01-11.
