SUBJECT: Approve Plans and Specifications for the Three SB1 Rehabilitation Improvement Projects; Bid No. 19-10
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Plans and Specifications for the Three SB1 Rehabilitation Improvement Projects are complete and a copy has been filed with the Clerk of the Board,
The Construction estimate is approximately $660,000. The project is 100% funded for construction with SB1 funds
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Plans and Specifications and authorize the Public Works Director/ Assistant Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids.
NOTE: To minimize reproduction costs, the original documents are attached to the Clerk’s copy of the original cover memo and only a copy of this memo is furnished to each individual board member.
