SUBJECT:                     Adopt a Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2018-132 Establishing Position Allocations for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, Budget Unit 2602, Building & Safety

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

 

This request proposes to add one half-time Deputy Building Official - Hourly / Chief Building Official - Hourly and one Code Enforcement Manager and to establish the Deputy Building Official - Hourly / Chief Building Official - Hourly positions within County service, enabling the CDD Director to immediately begin taking steps to fill both positions.  The cost of these positions is included in the department’s approved budget for FY 2019-2020.
