EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: JUMP Technology Services, LLC. (JUMP) provides a license and software for the database and case management system used by the Adult Protective Services (APS) branch of Lake County Department of Social Services. The system provides for comprehensive and detailed tracking for all APS cases. Within the database, users are able to log all data collected during an investigation, from referral to close. The system also collects important compliance statistics that are reported to the National Adult Protective Services Association (NAPSA). Also provided under this contract is new user training.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): There is no county cost associated with this contract. In fiscal year 17/18, the contract amount was $10,560 and contract spending was $7,900. In fiscal year 18/19, contract amount was $10,560 and year-to-date contract spending is at $8,208. The costs vary depending on the necessity of new user software training.
