SUBJECT:                     Approve First Amendment to the Agreement for Medical Services in the Lake County Detention Facility, and Authorize Board Chair to Sign said Amendment

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: WELLPATH formerly known as California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG), has contracted with Lake County for jail medical services since January 1, 1996.

This First Amendment to the Agreement will extend the current Agreement until August 30, 2019 while final revisions and approvals by all parties are completed to the new Agreement for Fiscal Years 2019-2022.
