SUBJECT: (a) Waive the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2, as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of goods or services; and (b) Approve the Agreement between the County of Lake and Resource Development Associates for implementation and maintenance of the Network of Care Website for Fiscal Year 2019-20 for a contract maximum of $48,000 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is dedicated to the five year MHSA Innovation project through a collaboration with Resource Development Associates to develop, implement, and maintain the Network of Care Website.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): The total amount budgeted for MHSA Innovation is $100,000 of which LCBHS is requesting approval of the Agreement with Resource Development Associates, for Maintenance of the Network of Care Website for Fiscal Year 2019-20 for a contract maximum of $48,000.

Recommended Action
RECOMMENDED ACTION: (a) Waive the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2, as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of goods or services; and (b) Approve the Agreement between the County of Lake and Resource Development Associates for implementation and maintenance of the Network of Care Website for Fiscal Year 2019-20 for a contract maximum of $48,000 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
