SUBJECT: Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement between Lake County Sanitation District and California Exterminators Alliance extending the contract for one year under the same terms and conditions in the amount of $29,348.00, and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
In 2018 the District entered into a one year agreement with California Exterminators Alliance of Kelseyville for herbicide and pesticide application at its facilities after a competitive bid process. The agreement contains a clause by which the District and Contractor may, upon mutual agreement, extend the contract for additional one year periods on the same terms and conditions. District staff and the Contractor have discussed this option and would like to exercise the option to extend the contract by one year to June 30, 2020. Attached for your review and consideration is the original agreement and the proposed amendment.
