SUBJECT: Approve Side Letter to the Lake County Deputy Sheriff’s Association (LCDSA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Authorize Lead Negotiator to Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Staff recommends that your Board approve the attached side letter and authorize the Lead Negotiator to sign the side letter to the LCDSA MOU:
● COUNTY shall pay eighty percent (80%) of the COUNTY-sponsored medical, dental and vision group Insurance plan.
● COUNTY shall pay a maximum contribution of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per month toward the COUNTY-sponsored medical, dental, and vision group insurance plan for each enrolled employee.
● COUNTY will pay the administrative fee charged by CalPERS.
This side letter shall apply to the current MOU and any successor agreements for the remainder of the calendar year.
