SUBJECT: Approve the Lease Agreement between County of Lake and Sam Polo for Office Space at 14092 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake in the amount of $3,170.20 per month from September 1, 2019 through July 1, 2022, and authorize Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
As your Board may be aware, there is a need for additional space for our department. One of the pressing needs has been to find a better suited location for our Children’s Team to provide therapy and a variety of other necessary services for children and their families.
The space at 14092 Lakeshore Drive can be configured to meet the needs of LCBHS and has previously housed Department of Social Services Child Welfare Services.
Our Department is requesting a two-year lease on the 3,404 square feet building located at 14092 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake at an annual cost of three thousand one hundred and seventy dollars and twenty cents ($3,170.20) per month, or approximately $0.93 per square foot.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): The cost to lease the location of 14092 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake is $3,170.20 per month for an annual total of $38,042.40 per year.
