SUBJECT: Approve Facility Space License Agreement between the State of California, Department of Transportation and the County of Lake for use of the Hunter Point Communications Site and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Lake County Sheriff’s Department has negotiated a lease agreement with the State of California, Department of Transportation for the use of our Hunter Communications Site. The term of the lease agreement will be October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2029 at a rate of $650.00 per month. This revenue will be anticipated in the Sheriff/Dispatch budget 2202 and will be allocated during the mid-year budget process.
