SUBJECT: Approve Facility Space License Agreement between the State of California, Department of Fish and Wildlife and the County of Lake for use of the Hunter Point Communications Site and Authorize Chair to Sign
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Lake County Sheriff’s Department has negotiated a lease agreement with the State of California, Department of Fish and Wildlife for the use of our Hunter Communications Site. The term of the lease agreement will be August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2029 at a rate of $650.00 per month. This revenue will be anticipated in the Sheriff/Dispatch budget 2202 and will be allocated during the mid-year budget process.
