SUBJECT: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Contract between County of Lake and Granicus, Inc. for Agenda Management and Government Transparency Services in the amount of $20,441.27, and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On October 8, 2013, your Board approved a contract with Granicus, Inc. for agenda management and government transparency services.
On December 19, 2018, Contract Amendment No. 1 was approved to include the purchase of encoding hardware and performance accelerator hardware/software.
Amendment No. 2 is needed to adjust the annual compensation amount to Granicus, which now includes the Granicus Encoding Appliance Software, to make a total of $20,441.27 per year. This software is used to pass commands and data from LiveManager that include start/stop of webcast, indexing, and document display.
