SUBJECT: Approve the Addendum to the Lease Agreement between the County of Lake and Margaret E Lyon Survivor Trust for installation of a generator and transfer switch to the Anderson Ranch Parkway office and authorize the Chair to sign.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Department of Social Services has leased office space at 15975 Anderson Ranch Parkway in Lower Lake since 1997. This location houses our main Social Services branch. This addendum is approval for a generator and transfer switch installation at this location.
