SUBJECT: Consideration of Date Revisions to the Board’s Annual Meeting Calendar for 2019
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
I am recommending your Board make the following changes to your annual meeting calendar for 2019. Due to the timing of the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) Meeting the first week in December, I am asking your Board to consider a meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 and cancelling the scheduled meeting for Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
November 26, 2019 - Currently scheduled as a “No Meeting” date due to the Thanksgiving week holiday.
December 3, 2019 - Currently scheduled as a “Regular Meeting” date, but the California State Association of Counties (CSAC) meeting is scheduled for this week in San Francisco, CA.

Approve the Board Meeting changes as noted, to convene a meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 and cancel a meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 to accommodate staff and Board members attending the annual CSAC Meeting in San Francisco, CA.
