SUBJECT: Adopt Resolution accepting the Southeast Paving Project SD19-05, as complete and authorize the Special Districts Administrator to sign the Notice of Completion
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A project to pave approximately 1,600 feet of plant access road was successfully completed this summer by Epidendio Construction. Attached for consideration is a Resolution which would accept the work as complete on behalf of the District and authorize the District Administrator to sign the attached Notice of Completion.
