ABATEMENT SUMMARY:
On February 12, 2017 two separate complaints were received. On May 15, 2017 a site visit was made and a Notice of Nuisance and Order to Abate (NO/OTA) was prepared and posted at 12891 Lakeview Dr. and 12911 Lakeview Dr. Clearlake Oaks, CA, and mailed, certified to the property owner of record due to open and outdoor storage of garbage, trash and debris. The NON/OTA provided Mr. Ratcliffe with 30 days to abate the property. On August 26, 2017 a new complaint was received regarding the property having no water or power. A call was made to CLO Water and PGE to confirm. On Sept. 19, 2017 a follow up site visit was made which showed the vehicles had been removed, one boat remained along with piles of junk, trash and debris. In December the fraud investigator was sent an email to look into Mr. Ratcliffe's claim.
April 3, 2018 an email was received from J. Steele. Code Officer Freeman contacted CLO Water and spoke to Susy. She stated the water to parcel 035-172-14 is inactive but the water to 035-172-15 is active. She stated she would have one of the inspectors check to see if the water is being directed to the house.
