SUBJECT:                     Consideration of Contract Change Order #5 with KJ Woods, for Anderson Springs Sewer Collection System for an Increase of $3,659.39 and a Revised Contract Amount of $7,001,693.87.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The contract for installation of the collection system in the Anderson Springs community is complete. During the final punch list it was determined to be necessary to remove three valve risers that had been installed in the maintained limits of ditches. This was required to receive final approval on the encroachment permits.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Contract Change Order #5 with KJ Woods, for Anderson Springs Sewer Collection System for an Increase of $3,659.39 and a Revised Contract Amount of $7,001,693.87 and authorize the Special Districts Administrator to sign.
