SUBJECT: (a) Waive the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2, as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of goods or services; and (b) Approve the Agreement between the County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc. for the Lake County Wrap Program, Foster Care Program and Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) Program for Services Provided in Fiscal Year 2018-19 for a contract maximum of $69,955.00 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Attached, for your approval, is the Agreement between the County of Lake and Redwood Community Services, Inc. for the Lake County WRAP Program, Foster Care Program, and the ISFC Program for Fiscal Year 2019-20 to cover services provided in Fiscal Year 2018-19. Under this Agreement, Lake County Behavioral Health Services (LCBHS) is obligated to pay a maximum contract amount of $69,955.00.

FISCAL IMPACT (Narrative): The total amount budgeted for Foster Care/ISFC/WRAP for Fiscal year 2019-20 to cover services provided in Fiscal Year 2018-19 is $69,955.00 of which LCBHS is requesting approval of the Agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2019-20 for a contract maximum of $69,955.00.
